Returns

We hope you never need to send anything back to us. However, if necessary, we want to make it easy for you to return a product to us and get a refund with our 30-day money back guarantee.

Simply:

  • Go to My Account Section and select Orders. Find the order that contains the product you wish to return, click the Right to Withdraw button, and complete the from request form with the product details.
  • Alternatively send an e-mail to our customer service at eucontact@screwfix.eu.
    We will give you a return label that you can print, complete and attach to your package, to send it back via one of our carriers.
  • Please drain fuel or oil from mechanical items before returning them.
  • Please pack the item you wish to return in a box or packaging.
  • We will issue a refund to the original payment method upon receipt of the return.
    Note: Some items are excluded from our returns policy or are not suitable for return. This includes items that are custom-made, or cut or mixed to suit your needs, as well as used garbage disposals, toilets or water pumps.

Returns of items less than 30 days

To cancel your order and return unwanted items, please go to My Account section and select Orders . Find the order that contains the product you wish to return, click the Right to Withdraw button and complete the form with the product details.
You can also contact our customer service team by sending an email to eucontact@screwfix.eu. Please ensure that goods are returned unused, in resalable condition and with their original packaging. They must include all accessories and promotional items provided free of charge or as part of an agreement or offer.

Defective items

To obtain a refund for defective items, please contact our customer service team by sending an email to eucontact@screwfix.eu.

I have not yet received my refund. How long does it take?

The refund will be made no later than fourteen (14) days from the first of the following events: receipt of the products at the sending address or transmission by the customer of proof of shipping of products. Card refunds may take 3-5 business days. Refunds on PayPal can take 5-10 business days.
