Any complaints regarding the Website operation of this website should be submitted via e-mail to eucontact@screwfix.eu or send via post to Screwfix’s address set forth in Article 1 herein.
The complaint should contain at least your name and surname, the e-mail address or correspondence address to which Screwfix should send a reply, as well as an indication of the reason for the complaint and the content of your request.
Complaints will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt. We will notify you of the outcome via e-mail or by traditional post, accordingly with the contact details provided in the complaint.
