What Will Change?

It will no longer be possible to place new orders on the Screwfix.eu website.
However, your online account will remain accessible until 31 October 2026 (inclusive), allowing you to view and download your documents.
Until 31 October 2026 (inclusive), we encourage you to:
- Review and update your account information;
- Download your invoices and any important documents;
- Save any information from your customer account that you may need in the future.
We recommend completing these actions before 31 October 2026, after which your account will no longer be accessible.
- From 1 November 2026
You will no longer be able to:
- Access your online account;
- View your online order history;
- Download invoices or other documents from your account.

What About Your Existing or Previous Orders?
The discontinuation of online ordering and the closure of the website do not affect your rights as a customer.
Any applicable legal warranties and obligations relating to purchases already made will continue to apply in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
If you have any questions regarding an order placed before 1 October 2026, our Customer Service team will remain available to assist you. You may continue to contact us at eucontact@screwfix.eu until the final closure of the website.
What Happens to Your Personal Data?
From 1 November 2026, your online account will no longer be accessible.
Personal data that is no longer required will be securely deleted or archived. However, certain information may be retained where we are legally required to do so or where it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, including accounting, tax, warranty, or dispute-related requirements.
You will, of course, continue to benefit from all rights relating to your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
