Important Notice: Festive Season Delivery Schedule.

To ensure your orders arrive on time during the Christmas and New Year period, please note the following:

  • Order Cut-Off Time
    All orders must be placed by 16:00 (4 PM) on working days.

  • Delivery Delays
    Between 20 December 2024 and 07 January 2025, deliveries may take longer than usual due to holiday schedules and reduced logistics capacity.

  • No Deliveries on Bank Holidays25 December 2024 (Christmas Day)01 January 2025 (New Year’s Day)

  • Estimated Delivery TimesBelgium, Netherlands, Spain: Typically 2–3 working days after order.Austria, Poland, Sweden: Usually 1 day longer than the above.

Please plan ahead and place your orders early to avoid delays. Orders placed close to Christmas and New Year may arrive after the holiday period.

At Screwfix, we do everything we can to get your products to you quickly, and we understand that it is important for you to know when your order will be delivered. To ensure good communication and delivery tracking, we ask you to provide a telephone number and an email address.

Expected Delivery within 3-4 days*
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over 75 €.
For orders less than 75 €, our delivery fee is 5 €, inclusive of tax.

You may experience some possible delays in our normal delivery times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

*Certain large and heavy products are subject to a longer delivery time.

Need help with your delivery?

It is important to us to provide quality service to our customers, and we strive to make things easy for you. If you have a question or need assistance, please contact our customer service at eucontact@screwfix.eu (Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 CET).

An item was not delivered to me. What should I do?

First, please check the delivery tracking on the carrier's website. If you have received all of your packages but are still missing an item, please contact us with order and product details so we can investigate the issue.

What happens if I am not there for delivery?

If you have provided a mobile phone number or email address, the delivery courier will send you a message specifying a time slot for delivery. If you are not available during this time slot, you can change the delivery date.

Except for large or heavy products, you can also choose to entrust the receipt of the package to a neighbour, or to have the item delivered to a relay point.

Can I change my delivery address after the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend the delivery address after the order has been placed. Please contact eucontact@screwfix.eu for more assistance. 

How do I manage my saved addresses?

You can enter several addresses on your Screwfix.eu account in order to place an order with ease. Go to My Account to manage your address list.
