General delivery conditions
Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, and Spain:
- Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders over €75.
- For orders less than €75, our delivery fee is €9.99, inclusive of tax.
- Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders over PLN 350.
- For orders less than PLN 350, our delivery fee is PLN 50, inclusive of tax.
At Screwfix, we do everything we can to get your products to you quickly, and we understand that it is important for you to know when your order will be delivered.
To ensure good communication and delivery tracking, we ask you to provide a telephone number and an email address.
We deliver to your home or workplace, depending on what suits you best to receive the products against signature.
All deliveries are made to the door.
We can deliver to mainland Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Spain. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to overseas departments and territories.
When you order products from Screwfix.eu with home delivery, the products are shipped from our distribution centre based in France. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays in France.
We currently offer a standard delivery service with a delivery time of between 48 - 72 hours (excluding Sunday), however certain large and heavy products are subject to a longer delivery time (excluding weekends) at home or at your workplace and free delivery for orders over €75/ PLN 350.
Once you place your order, it will be processed between 48 - 72 hours and ready to ship. If your order is placed before 17:00 Monday to Friday CET, it will be processed the same day. Any orders placed after 17:00 Monday to Friday and weekends will be processed the next business day. Please allow an extra day on top for deliveries to islands or mountainous areas.

Delivery addressesYou can enter several addresses on your Screwfix.eu account in order to place an order with ease. Go to My Account to manage your address list.

Frequently Asked QuestionsAn item was not delivered to me. What should I do?
First, check the delivery tracking on the carrier's website. If you have received all of your packages but are still missing an item, please contact us with order and product details so we can investigate the issue.
What happens if I am not there for delivery?
If you have provided a mobile phone number or email address, the delivery courier will send you a message specifying a time slot for delivery. If you are not available during this time slot, you can change the delivery date.
Except for large or heavy products, you can also choose to entrust the receipt of the package to a neighbour, or to have the item delivered to a relay point.
